Training Strategy

Once the TNA has been conducted and the training needs have been identified, we will create and implement a training strategy for you.

The training strategy will include the following components:

Develop training budget – if not already implemented
Identify training needs that can be addressed in house – either by your own team members or by our training professionals
Identify training providers to deliver the training that can not be met in house
Work with training providers to develop a training programme that matches your requirements and matches your budget
Identify possible sources of funding for financing the training
